Manage the distribution list

Access Membership List

  1. Login to https://email.kaust.edu.sa
  2. Click Settings Settings
  3. Click on General > Distribution groups > “visit this portal” link. This opens a new window where we can select a distribution list to edit.
    (Note that this window may take a while to load) Open Distribution page
  4. On the right side of the screen you will see your owned distributions.
    Select the distribution list you want to change, and click on the edit icon. This will open yet another window where we can edit the distribution list. Edit distribution
  5. Select the Membership tab.
    It’s in this tab we we can add and remove members from the distribution list. Membership page

Add members

After following the steps to access the membership list, add members as follows:

  1. Click the Add button.
    This opens a modal where you can look for members to add. Membership add
  2. Select the Default Global Address List to see all addresses. Then, type in the email of the member you want to add. Once you find it, add the email.
    At this point you can add as many email recipients as you want. Add member
  3. Confirm the members to be added and save. Confirm add members
  4. Verify the current members and save. Confirm changes

Remove members

After following the steps to access the membership list, remove members as follows:

  1. Select the member you want to remove and click the Remove button. Membership remove

  2. Confirm the removed members and save. Confirm changes
